How do I select my size?

A size chart is given on every product page. We request you to read it thoroughly before ordering.

How can I be assured of the quality of products ordered?

All your products are handmade with the utmost love and care. In this process, only the finest grade of fabrics are used and the products go through 5 layers of quality inspection before dispatch.

How can I take care of my garment?

Machine wash can cause the delicate threads of your outfit to open up, therefore, we recommend a hand wash/dry clean for your handcrafted outfit.

Do you customise products?

No, we do not offer any product customisations, we have standard designs and sizes.

Payment, Shipping & Delivery

How can I make payments on the website?

At www.eshadattaofficial.com, we accept online payments only. You can make online payments using credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets etc. through our payment gateway.

I just placed my order. When will I receive it?

Usually, orders are dispatched within 10 working days of the customer placing the order. This depends on the availability of the product and other factors such as color customisation or delays caused due to other unusual circumstances.

How can I track my order?

We currently don't have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Our website ships Worldwide.

How can I track my international shipment?

We currently don't have a live tracking option available on the website but we request you to wait until your parcel is dispatched within the above mentioned time frame. I have received part shipment, when will I get my other products?

We ship all your pieces together as soon as they are ready. In case you receive only part shipment, please reach out to us on contact@eshadattaofficial.com and our customer care team will look into it as soon as possible.

I want to change my address/size/phone number for an existing pending order. Who should I contact?

If you’d like to make changes to existing details in the order such as your size, delivery address or phone number, please reach us at contact@eshadattaofficial.com with the subject “Order Number + Revised information”. We will facilitate the same if it hasn't been shipped.

Exchange, Refund & Cancellations

How can I exchange my product?

You can email us on contact@eshadattaofficial.com with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 7 days of receiving the products.

Shipping on the exchanged product/s will be charged separately. Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

I want to cancel my order and get a refund. Who should I contact?

We currently don't have a cancellation policy or refund policy as once the order is placed, your products are sent into production. We can make logistical changes to an existing order if it hasn't been shipped. For more information, please refer to our return & exchange policy.
